Every product offered by Pure Ice Company is custom-made to the specifications selected by the client.
While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, finishes, and details, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or the handcrafted nature of our products.
Product measurements, weights, and specifications are approximate unless otherwise stated.
3. Custom Orders
Clients are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, sizes, colors, and selections before completing their purchase.
For products requiring CAD approval, production will not begin until the client approves the final design.
Once production has started or a CAD design has been approved, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before production begins.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
6. Production & Shipping
Every order is custom-made.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Pure Ice Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
8. Product Care
Proper care is required to maintain the appearance of your jewelry.
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals, modifications, or normal wear is not covered.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, graphics, videos, and written material, is the exclusive property of Pure Ice Company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Ice Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
